INTENT Group was instructed by a plant hire company to carry out a comprehensive technical assessment of their warehouse premises in Brentwood, Essex. The brief combined three distinct service strands into a single coordinated inspection: a Commercial Asset Assessment to evaluate the condition and value of the fixed installations within the building, a Dilapidation Inspection to establish the state of repair against lease obligations, and a detailed Defect Analysis to identify and document areas requiring remedial attention.

The premises comprised a large-span industrial warehouse with an overhead gantry crane system, steel portal frame construction, and ancillary office and welfare facilities.
